Joshua Park, Esq.

Mr. Park graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2014 and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2009. During law school, Mr. Park served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mark C. Kim of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles and was a summer law clerk with Minami Tamaki LLP in San Francisco. Additionally, Mr. Park served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal and was awarded with both the Outstanding Performance and CALI-Excellence for the Future Awards for his work with the Hastings Civil Justice Clinic, where he worked closely with then Clinical Professor of Law and now the Honorable Eumi K. Lee of the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda.
Since being admitted to the California State Bar in 2014, Mr. Park has successfully represented employees in their employment law cases involving employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, failure to prevent retaliation, failure to provide accommodations, failure to engage in the interactive process, wrongful termination, and wage and hour (individual and class action) as well as representative Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”) claims, including but not limited to obtaining a $1,500,000.00 PAGA Settlement on behalf of the State of California and Aggrieved Employees against a Fuel Station Company operating in Southern California.
