Kee Seok Mah, Esq.
Kee Seok Mah is always on the side of employees and has been relentlessly advocating for their protected rights. Before pursing a legal career Mr. Mah graduated from University of California – Irvine in 2015 with a degree in political science. Since then, he went on to graduate from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in 2022.
As a law student, Mr. Mah served as a summer judicial extern to the Honorable Nathan Vu of the Superior Court of California – County of Orange and also worked for a boutique personal injury firm. Mr. Mah was also a member of Pepperdine’s Moot Court Team which participated in many competitions around the country and he was also awarded the CALI-Excellence for the Future Award for his performance in his Legal Research and Writing class. Furthermore, Mr. Mah obtained his Certificate in Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine and is well versed in mediation and arbitration.
Since graduating law school and being admitted to the California State Bar, Mr. Mah has been fiercely advocating for employees’ rights in the workplace. Mr. Mah persistently works to ensure employees who have been wrongfully treated find recourse through the court of law. He has represented, and continues to represent, clients who have been wrongfully terminated, discriminated against, and retaliated against by their employers. Not only that, but Mr. Mah also has experience in wage and hour claims against employers including numerous Class Action claims against employers who illegally withhold all wages due to employees.
Mr. Mah grew up, and continues to live, in the Southern California area and is an avid Lakers fan. During his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and tennis and looking around town for delicious places to eat.
Mr. Mah was selected to the 2024 Southern California Rising Stars list, an honor reserved for only 2.5% of attorneys in Southern California, and continues to fight for workers who were wrongfully treated by their employers.
